Job Summary
Role Description & Responsibilities
- The purpose of the internship role is to support the Regional Regulatory Hub by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department
- Using a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word Outlook Powerpoint Excel Access etc. to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations records spreadsheets and databases;
- Explore and leverage knowledge with Internal system such as ARIBA PO GCMA ACM HR on Demand BT on Demand
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
- Assist regulatory team for multiple country document preparation
- Any other Ad hoc operations support.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Science
- Internship period of 12 months
- Preferably specialized in Healthcare- Pharmacy and Bioscience
- Ability to work independently result-oriented diligent and self-motivated
- A team player with good spoken & written skills in English
