SCOPE OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITIES
Having a mix of key project assignments and administrative tasks will ensure the intern remains productive while developing a wellrounded understanding of our processes gaining exposure to realworld operations and building essential professional skills.
Assist in preparing communication materials and officialcorrespondenceswithservice providers.
Support maintenance and updating of user access in theservice providerportal.
Support audit/review activities forservice providercompliance and documentation accuracy.
Assist in compilinganalysing andsummarisingservice providerperformance data
Assist inreviewingpricing structuresand service offerings as part ofservice providerempanelment evaluation.
Contributesto the coordination ofserviceproviderempanelmentprocesses including document checks profiling and system setup.
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Disaster Recovery (DR) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) by reviewing test results and identifying any issues or discrepancies.
Support system enhancement initiatives by preparing reports trackers and summary updates.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management Business Administration Data Analytics or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Exceland PowerPoint.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable handling administrative tasks and managing documentation.
Basic understanding of system testing or operational processes is an advantage.
