Intern, Product and Process Engineering

• Gain practical exposure to semiconductor product Test AVI T&R and Pack engineering operations.
• Understand the workflow between product engineering test engineering and manufacturing teams and develop supervisory and communication skills through daily interactions
• Participate in troubleshooting and improvement activities related to Quality Cost improvement and production performance.
• Assist in root cause analysis data collection and compilation for improvement PJs.
• Build foundational knowledge relevant to careers in semiconductor manufacturing and test engineering.

Qualifications :

Educational Background

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering Mechatronics or related science & engineering field.

Basic Technical Knowledge

• Basic understanding of electronics or semiconductor devices is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with basic data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel Power Point or similar tools.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Able to contribute ideas and work as a team.
• Willingness to learn and explore semiconductor Product and Test T&R and Packing engineering processes.
