Intern, Human Resources

• Gain exposure to the employee onboarding and offboarding processes including coordination with new hires collection of employment documents and support for employee exit procedures.
• Develop knowledge and hands-on experience in HR Data Management by maintaining accurate employee records and updating information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
• Learn HR Document Management and digitalization practices including filing scanning data entry document organization and supporting the Malaysia OpenText Project for the digitalization of employees personal files and records.
• Build competency in HR Reporting and Documentation through assisting in the preparation formatting consolidation and distribution of HR-related reports and business documents.
• Enhance administrative and coordination skills by providing HR Administrative Support liaising with internal stakeholders monitoring follow-ups and ensuring timely execution of assigned activities.
• Understand the importance of HR Compliance and Confidentiality by ensuring documentation and HR processes adhere to company policies procedures and data privacy requirements.
• Strengthen communication organization and stakeholder management skills through collaboration with cross-functional teams to support daily HR operations and initiatives.
• Gain practical experience in handling special projects and ad-hoc assignments contributing to business and departmental objectives while developing problem-solving and project coordination skills.

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration International Business Marketing Finance Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with good attention to detail and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) is an added advantage.
• Willing to be based in Penang (Bayan Lepas) during the internship period.
