KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform checking and follow-up on campaign enquiries ensuring responses are provided within the agreed turnaround time.

• Assist in investigating campaign reward appeals and preparing supporting information for review.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for campaign-related initiatives and system enhancements.

• Assist in drafting proofreading and reviewing campaign communication materials.

• Support campaign fulfilment activities including customer communications reward crediting and gift fulfilment.

• Support campaign reporting monitoring and administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing Business Communications Analytics or a related field.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Detail-oriented willing to learn and able to multitask.

• Good team player with a positive attitude.

• Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
