Position Overview

Support JLLs Data Centre Capital Markets team during a period of significant market expansion in Malaysia. This internship provides hands-on experience in commercial real estate research site analysis and transaction support within the rapidly growing data centre sector.

Job Description

• Conduct land availability searches and compile property databases for data centre development opportunities across Malaysia
• Perform preliminary site analysis and feasibility assessments for data centre opportunities
• Gather and organize market intelligence on infrastructure connectivity and regulatory requirements

• Assist in preparing client presentations investment memoranda and financial analysis supporting investment recommendations
• Maintain deal pipelines property trackers and market intelligence databases while supporting transaction documentation

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelors Degree in Real Estate Business Finance Economics or related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word with excellent research and analytical capabilities
• Effective communication skills in English with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
