Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and proofreading communication materials including email announcements newsletters articles and presentation slides.
• Support the preparation and distribution of agency communications through various communication channels.
• Coordinate and track communication requests from stakeholders across Agency Distribution.
• Assist in organizing agency events town halls webinars and engagement initiatives.
• Design simple communication visuals infographics and presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and other communication tools.
• Support content management and maintenance of communication repositories and distribution lists.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and compile engagement metrics and feedback reports.
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks to support the Agency Communications team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Communications Mass Communication Marketing Public Relations Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly PowerPoint Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Canva) is an added advantage.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive creative and willing to learn.
