We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical intern to support the Insights & Analytics team across multiple international markets including Asia Pacific and Latin America. This role offers exposure to consumer insights market intelligence data analytics innovation research and business strategy. The intern will work closely with regional Insights & Analytics team and gain hands-on experience in transforming data into actionable business recommendations that drive growth.
Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
1. Data & Market Analytics
Support the preparation and maintenance of market performance dashboards using Nielsen and other syndicated data sources.
Consolidate and clean large datasets for analysis and reporting.
Support trend analysis on sales market share pricing distribution and innovation performance.
Prepare Excel databases and pivot-ready files for business reviews.
2. Consumer & Market Insights
Support consumer research projects by organizing study materials tracking timelines and consolidating results.
3. Innovation & Project Support
Help manage project trackers for innovation initiatives and research activities.
Consolidate feedback from multiple markets and stakeholders.
Support preparation of workshop materials meeting outputs and action trackers.
Assist in documenting learnings and maintaining knowledge repositories.
4. Administrative & Team Support
Schedule meetings and maintain project documentation.
Organize digital files and folders for easy accessibility.
Support cross-functional collaboration activities as required.
Assist in identifying consumer category and shopper trends across markets.
Conduct desk research on competitors industry developments and emerging consumer needs.
Summarize research findings into clear business implications and recommendations.

Essential Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in:
Statistics
Marketing / Business
Economics
Market Research
Business Administration
or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft software & AI usage.
Interest in FMCG consumer behavior and innovation.
