Job Responsibilities

Seeking an experienced IAM Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Identity & Access Management solutions primarily focused on SailPoint technologies. This role requires deep technical expertise strong consulting capability and experience leading IAM transformation projects across complex enterprise environments.

• The IAM Architect will work closely with clients project teams and leadership to define IAM strategies solution architectures and best practices while ensuring successful project delivery.
• Lead the architecture design and implementation of enterprise IAM solutions
• Provide technical leadership for SailPoint IIQ/ISC projects
• Design IAM frameworks governance models and scalable security solutions
• Work with clients to define IAM strategy roadmap and best practices
• Lead complex IAM implementation and integration activities
• Review security architecture and provide remediation recommendations
• Support compliance and regulatory initiatives related to IAM
• Mentor consultants and provide technical leadership to project teams
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver business value
• Support pre-sales solution proposals and client presentations
• Contribute to internal innovation capability development and thought leadership initiatives

Job Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity consulting
• Strong expertise in SailPoint IIQ/ISC architecture and implementation
• Deep understanding of:
  • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
  • Identity Management (IDM)
  • PAM
  • SSO/MFA
  • RBAC
  • IAM Governance & Compliance
• Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise platforms such as SAP Okta CyberArk ServiceNow or Active Directory
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO27001 SOX GDPR NIST etc.)
• Experience leading enterprise IAM projects and technical teams
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Experience with Agile or enterprise project delivery methodologies
• IAM cloud or security certifications are highly preferred
• TOGAF or architecture-related certification is a plus
