Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support learning & development programs trainings and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in organizing onboarding orientation and team-building activities
  • Support internal communication and colleague engagement activities across departments
  • Monitor employee feedback and assist in implementing improvement initiatives
  • Maintain training records attendance and related HR documentation
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs
  • Organize wellness activities recognition programs and community engagement events
  • Stay updated with HR and L&D best practices to support continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of HR administrative or Learning & Development experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Organized detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Positive attitude team player and willing to learn
  • Passionate about people development and employee engagement
