HSE Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To coordinate and assist in preparing and improving Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (RA) Safe Operating Procedure (SOP) and Job Hazard Analysis at work areas.
2. To ensure the HSE Risk Register is monitored and well updated.
3. To conduct daily Safety & Health Environmental Inspection submit the report of findings and follow up action to be taken.
4. To coordinate and maintain Safety and Health Environmental Data Administrations. Data Entrycollection collation and safekeeping all HSE documents.
5. To assist and conducting Investigation including preparing full report on all occurrences in any incident or accident which related to HSE.
6. To assist the implementation of the NOV EPS HSE ProceduresNOV Best Management Practices (BMPs) HSE workplace improvement programs ISO 45K and ISO 14K Certification.
7. Coordinate internal / external HSE Inspection Audits and follow up actions on the results.
8. To assist in coordinating / delivering any HSE training programs activities or promotions at workplace.
9. To assist in coordinating any issue with local Authorities or Government Agencies: D.O.S.H D.O.E Ministry Health Fire & Rescue Dept Police Department and OTHERS.
10. To assist in checking and monitoring all Certified Machineries Fire Safety Systems and other equipment for the purposed of maintaining safe work practices and conditions in plants.
11. To conduct routine checking and enforcement related to HSE requirements in compliance with
12. Companys Policy and Procedures to all level of employees internal and external Contractors Vendors and Visitors.
13. To assist in monitoring unsafe acts and unsafe conditions near hit report at workplaces corrective and preventive actions taken.
14. Managing eSWIS system for reporting to DOE as per statutory requirements and other Environmental Compliances as stated in the Local Acts and Regulations
15. Promoting safety culture and mitigating potential risk and hazard in operation.
16. To participate and assist in coordinating 5S activities under HSE and at workplaces.
17. Any other duties and responsibilities as required by Management.
    

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelors degree in occupational safety and health or engineering science from any professional body of institution with minimum of 2 years experience.
2. Candidate with HSE Coordinator Certificate from NIOSH or other recognized and certified Institutions.
3. Can work independently and enforce compliance of regulatory requirement.
4. Possess positive attitude discipline good interpersonal skills and systematic.
5. Experience in Manufacturing environment knowledge in ISO 140001 / ISO 45001
6. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
7. Able to plan organise evaluate and lead activity schedules and direct the work of others.
8. Exhibit a good attitude and demonstrates interpersonal skills to work with people from different backgrounds.

9. Competent Person (CP) for the following competency is preferred and advantage:

   - Certified Environmental Professionals in Scheduled Waste Management.

   b. CePBFO - Certified Environmental Professionals in Bag Filter Operation

   c. CePSTPO - Certified Environmental Professionals in Sewage Treatment Plant Operation.
