HR Specialist, Global Mobility

• Manage and coordinate operational Global Mobility cases especially international assignments and related documentation
• Support visa work permit and relocation processes in cooperation with external vendors
• Research and summarize country-specific requirements
• Provide practical guidance on immigration tax social security and labor law requirements in cross-border employment scenarios
• Support case escalations where needed and coordinate appropriate follow-up measures
• Maintain accurate records trackers and reporting on case status compliance milestones and document completion
• Contribute to process improvements templates and internal guidance documents to strengthen service quality and compliance

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in Human Resources Business Law or a comparable qualification
• Solid understanding and min. 3 years relevant experience in Global Mobility or HR compliance in an international environment
• Legal affinity is a strong advantage
• Structured detail-oriented and reliable working style with strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience collaborating effectively with a centrally managed overseas Global Mobility team and cross-functional stakeholders including HR Finance Legal Tax and business leaders.
• Excellent English skills written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and confidence working with AI digital tools templates and case trackers
