HR Specialist, Global Mobility

Job Summary
- Manage and coordinate operational Global Mobility cases especially international assignments and related documentation
- Support visa work permit and relocation processes in cooperation with external vendors
- Research and summarize country-specific requirements
- Provide practical guidance on immigration tax social security and labor law requirements in cross-border employment scenarios
- Support case escalations where needed and coordinate appropriate follow-up measures
- Maintain accurate records trackers and reporting on case status compliance milestones and document completion
- Contribute to process improvements templates and internal guidance documents to strengthen service quality and compliance
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Human Resources Business Law or a comparable qualification
- Solid understanding and min. 3 years relevant experience in Global Mobility or HR compliance in an international environment
- Legal affinity is a strong advantage
- Structured detail-oriented and reliable working style with strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Experience collaborating effectively with a centrally managed overseas Global Mobility team and cross-functional stakeholders including HR Finance Legal Tax and business leaders.
- Excellent English skills written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and confidence working with AI digital tools templates and case trackers
