What Youll Do:
- Source and screen potential candidates through job boards social media and referrals
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for qualification culture fit and job match
- Partner with consultants to understand client hiring needs and job scopes
- Prepare job descriptions candidate profiles and documentation
- Research companies industries and competitors to support recruitment strategy
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
- Assist with interview coordination offer processes and onboarding
- Help build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication skills in English & BM (Mandarin is a bonus!)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- A team player with a proactive attitude
- Willing to travel to our PJ office
- Interested in HR recruitment or people-focused work
