Job Summary
Job Purpose
Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to ensure the Company attracts assesses and hires qualified talent in a timely and effective manner. The role works closely with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements develop appropriate sourcing strategies and ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable laws regulations Company policies and the RBA Code of Conduct.
The role will also support selected HR operational activities including work pass applications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection
Coordinate the staff recruitment and selection process in accordance with the Companys hiring procedures applicable laws and regulations and the RBA Code of Conduct.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and requirements including the roles specific skills qualifications responsibilities and team dynamics.
Source potential candidates through various channels including job advertisement portals LinkedIn employee referral programmes social media professional networks and recruitment databases.
Review resumes and applications conduct initial phone screenings coordinate interviews and assess candidates skills experience and suitability for the role.
Conduct interviews together with Hiring Managers and/or interviewers to achieve alignment share perspectives and provide a consistent and efficient candidate experience.
Ensure both the technical competencies and behavioural/cultural suitability of candidates are thoroughly evaluated.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including interview scheduling candidate communication job offers preparation of employment contracts and other HR-related documents and coordination of new hire onboarding.
Conduct candidate data verification and maintain accurate and complete recruitment records.
Ensure candidate information and recruitment processes are managed in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy requirements.
2. Talent Pipeline & Employer Engagement
Support initiatives to strengthen the Companys employer branding and talent attraction efforts.
Establish and maintain relationships with universities professional institutions and industry platforms through career events partnerships networking activities and other appropriate channels.
Support the development of a sustainable talent pipeline particularly for Graduate Engineering Trainee positions and other critical or recurring roles.
Participate in career fairs campus recruitment activities and other talent acquisition initiatives as required.
3. Work Pass Administration
Manage the end-to-end application and renewal process for applicable work passes.
Coordinate Professional Visit Pass (PVP) and Dependants Pass (DP) applications where applicable.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders and authorities to ensure timely submission follow-up and completion of work pass applications.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all required supporting documents are properly maintained.
4. General HR Support
Maintain confidentiality and exercise proper discretion when handling employee and candidate information.
Prepare recruitment and HR-related reports and provide updates to management when required.
Support HR initiatives projects and process improvements as assigned.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management or a related discipline.
Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition recruitment or HR.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing is essential.
Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment will be an advantage.
Experience in work pass administration will be an advantage.
Familiarity with applicable employment legislation data protection requirements and the RBA Code of Conduct will be an advantage.

Mon to Fri 8am to 5:45pm
