Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles includingcybersecurity talent
- Coordinate interviews offer management and candidate experience initiatives
- Build talent pipelines and partner with hiring managers to meet workforce needs
- Support onboarding offboarding employee documentation and HR administration
- Drive employee engagement culture and wellbeing programs
- Monitor HR metrics maintain dashboards and provide insightful reporting
- Provide day-to-day HR support and contribute to continuous process improvements
Person Specifications
- 23 years of HR experience preferably in technology cybersecurity
telecommunications or professional services - Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP reporting dashboards)
- Strong analytical communication and organizational skills
- Proactive solutions-oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
Nice to have
- Experience hiring cybersecurity or technology talent
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter ATSSAP or HR systems
- Exposure to employee engagement employer branding or HR analytics
