HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles includingcybersecurity talent
• Coordinate interviews offer management and candidate experience initiatives
• Build talent pipelines and partner with hiring managers to meet workforce needs
• Support onboarding offboarding employee documentation and HR administration
• Drive employee engagement culture and wellbeing programs
• Monitor HR metrics maintain dashboards and provide insightful reporting
• Provide day-to-day HR support and contribute to continuous process improvements

Person Specifications

• 23 years of HR experience preferably in technology cybersecurity
  telecommunications or professional services
• Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP reporting dashboards)
• Strong analytical communication and organizational skills
• Proactive solutions-oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic environment

Nice to have

• Experience hiring cybersecurity or technology talent
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter ATSSAP or HR systems
• Exposure to employee engagement employer branding or HR analytics
