Job Summary
Our HR Operations Shared Services team supports HR-related operational and administrative processes for NI (now part of Emerson) employees and stakeholders globally. This role is part of the team dedicated to Talent Acquisition and Talent Growth support providing high-quality operational assistance across recruitment learning leadership development and HR support activities while working closely with candidates interviewers facilitators HR stakeholders and other internal partners.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Serve as the key point of contact towards candidates interviewers facilitators Talent Acquisition Talent Growth and HR stakeholders.
- Provide clear professional and timely written and verbal communication across all supported processes.
- Coordinate recruitment-related administrative activities including candidate and interviewer communication interview support and system updates.
- Support Talent Growth and leadership development activities including virtual session production and facilitator assistance.
- Work across multiple HR systems recruitment platforms learning tools ticketing systems and internal platforms to complete requests accurately and efficiently.
- Create and manage purchase order requests in the relevant system for HR Talent Growth and related operational needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation trackers reports and process records related to Talent Acquisition and Talent Growth support.
- Participation in continuous improvement projects to improvise existing HR processes.

You are proactive service-oriented and comfortable supporting others in a dynamic HR Operations Shared Services environment. You can manage multiple requests prioritize effectively adapt to new tools and ways of working and look for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
For This Role You Will Need:
- At least a Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Quick learner proactive and high attention to detail.
- Good time-management and organization skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under high pressure.
- Team player but also able to work independently.
- Growth mindset openness to learn new things and continuously seek for improvements.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Prior work experience in HR is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in ticketing systems is an added advantage.
