About the Software Engineering Graduate  

Our Software Engineering Graduate Program is designed to launch your technology career path. The 13-month program offers an exceptional foundation whilst gaining exposure to various technologies: AWS GraphQL React TypeScript to name just a few. You will rapidly grow professionally and immediately experience the impact your work makes on fellow SEEKers and our customers. 

When you start you will: 

• Join us as a permanent employee as we want you to grow with us for the long-term! 
• Be setup for success withour 1-monthaccelerator training program. 
• Exploretwo 6-month rotationswhere you will be embedded into teams of your choice such as Mobile Apps Web Platforms or our internal start-ups 
• Learn from the bestwith oneSupervisorfor the duration of each rotation who will ensure that youre on track with your career aspirations as well as being paired with aBuddythroughout the rotation to support you daily 
• Select aMentorwho will guide you on your SEEK path and have a support network of current and previousSEEK gradswholl share their experiences 
• Be paid a starting salary of MYR 4500 per month plus an annual performance bonus and statutory benefits. 
• Be based at our SEEK office in KL we hope you like ice cream! 

Qualifications :

Who were SEEKing 

To be eligible to apply: 

• You are in the final year of your degree (or completed in the last two years) in any field 
• Have completed industry training and/or certifications with no more than 2 years of experience in an IT related role. 
• You can relocate to KL (if youre not already here)by February 2027. 
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or hold a Permanent Resident Status.  

Additional Information :

• Applications close Sunday 2nd August at 11pm with our Graduate Program commencing in February 2027 
• After you submit an application you may be invited to take part in an online assessment 
• An online assessment day will be held on Thursday 10th September. Please note you must be virtually available on this dateto be part of the recruitment process (assessments will be completed via Zoom for candidates).
