Global Senior Workplace services Engineer

Position Description:

Oversees and optimizes global end-user workplace technologies ensuring secure reliable and efficient digital workplace services.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Oversee the development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture ensuring alignment with business strategy and technology standards.
. Define technology standards policies and procedures to ensure consistency and interoperability across systems.
. Evaluate and select technology platforms and solutions that meet business requirements and scalability needs.
. Develop and maintain a technology roadmap outlining key initiatives and investments.
. Implement and maintain IT service management (ITSM) processes to ensure efficient service delivery


Build Trust:

. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on project status deliverables and overall project plans.
. Contribute to the development and execution of the organizations technology strategy aligning it with business goals and industry best practices.
. Conduct technology assessments identify emerging trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business capabilities.
. Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for technology projects.
. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and build consensus on project goals and priorities.
. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security best practices.

. Support organizational leaders in quarterly roadmap planning and prioritization.
. Continuously find ways to help teams and the organization improve ways of working.
. Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Job Requirements:

. 10 years of progressive experience in IT management with a focus on enterprise technologies.
. Proven leadership and management skills with experience leading and developing high performing teams.
. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure cloud computing cybersecurity and data management.
. Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
. Ability to think strategically and align technology with business goals.
. Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
. Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL PMP CISSP AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
