Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs middleware or iPaaS tools. Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve efficiency. Perform unit integration and UAT testing. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and post-implementation.
- Monitor system performance and user adoption.
- Provide L2/L3 support and coordinate with product vendors for issue resolution.
Skillset
- Experience with GEP SMART - S2P Demand and Supply Management
- Good Communication
- Strong analytical problem solving troubleshooting skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing dynamic environment
- Strong consulting mindset exceptional client Interfacing skills
- Prior experience in leading implementation teams would be desirable
Education
- B E or any graduation with 5 to 12 years of experience
