• Prior experience inmulti-tenant SaaSarchitecture design and delivery is a strong plus
• Hands-on experience withGCPcore services; familiar withDocker / Kubernetes / Helm; able to design CI/CD pipelines and production deployment strategies.

3. AI & Toolchain

• Practical experience usingAI coding assistants / LLM-augmented developmentworkflows
• Daily use of AI-enhanced IDEs to boost personal and team productivity.

• Able to independently own the full delivery lifecycle from requirement analysis through to production release;
• Strong communication and articulation skills;
• Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and handle technical consultations from clients product managers or business stakeholders;
• Cross-functional coordination capability effective bridge between business and engineering;
• Resilient under pressure;
• Comfortable in fast-paced iterative environments;
• Forward-thinking mindset;
• Stays current with cloud-native AI engineering and engineering excellence trends.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Strong ability to communicate between non-technical and technical stakeholders
• Experience handling client-facing technical discussions
• Ability to manage expectations across multiple parties (business clients tech team)

Coordination & Execution

• Able to manage multiple parallel technical streams (enhancements bugs projects)
• Strong follow-up and issue tracking discipline with strong documentation
• Ability to work in a cross-functional multi-country environment
