Were looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Associate to be part of our Food & Beverage Division delivering exceptional service and memorable dining experiences to our guests.

Job summary

• Welcome and escort guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide excellent food and beverage service according to restaurant standards.
• Take guests orders accurately provide menu recommendations and perform upselling to enhance the dining experience.
• Prepare the restaurant before service (mise en place) and maintain cleanliness throughout operations.
• Ensure tables are properly set and cleared according to service standards.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns professionally escalating issues when necessary.
• Follow food safety hygiene and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Assist with cashiering duties opening and closing procedures and inventory tasks when required.

Requirement

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a restaurant hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
• Positive attitude well-groomed and presentable appearance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Willing to work shifts weekends and public holidays.
• Strong team player with a sense of responsibility.
• Basic English proficiency is required; additional languages such as Japanese Mandarin or Korean are an advantage.
• Due to local immigration policies only Malaysian will be considered.
