What Youll Do

As a Food Associate you will:

• Prepare and serve food according to IKEA Food standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Assist customers with orders and answer basic questions about products and menu items.
• Support sales by recommending meals snacks and promotional offers.
• Ensure food preparation and dining areas are clean safe and well-maintained.
• Follow food safety hygiene and health & safety requirements at all times.
• Help manage stock replenish products and minimise food waste.
• Process customer transactions accurately when required.
• Support store operations in other areas when business needs require.

• Able to work on rotating shifts public holidays and weekends
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• You have an experience in handling cash register in food services industry.
• You demonstrate excellent customer service; a sale driven and feel motivated in working in a vibrant retail environment.
