Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via live chat and email in Japanese and English.
Resolve customer inquiries accurately professionally and efficiently.
Assist users with platform and account-related questions.
Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
Japanese proficiency at C2C1 level (close to native) with good English communication skills.
Previous experience in Customer Service (Live Chat or Email Support preferred).
Experience in fintech finance banking or cryptocurrency is an advantage.
Strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Must have valid work authorization in Malaysia.
