Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Finance-Tech Alignment:
  Partner with Finance and Technology leadership to shape and deliver the digital finance roadmap.
  Ensure finance requirements are embedded in system design data flows and reporting solutions.
• Controls & Governance:
  Strengthen financial control frameworks through technology enablement.
  Ensure systems support compliance audit readiness and data integrity across entities.
• Reporting & Data Architecture:
  Lead the design and implementation of scalable reporting solutions using Oracle Cloud ERP Power BI and other platforms.
  Drive consistency in data definitions mappings and governance across Tech Finance.
• Transformation & Innovation:
  Champion automation AI tools and advanced analytics to improve finance operations.
  Support the digitization of month-end close forecasting and cost management processes.
• Business Partnering:
  Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Finance Technology and Operations.
  Translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure successful adoption.
• Change Leadership:
  Lead change management efforts for new systems and processes.
  Provide training documentation and support to finance teams during transitions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Technology or related field; Masters preferred.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA ACCA CA) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1215 years of experience in finance transformation systems implementation or enterprise finance roles.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems (Oracle) BI tools (Power BI) and finance data architecture.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in matrixed multinational environments preferred.
