Role: Business Development Senior Exec/Assistant Manager
What Youll Do:
- Work closely with the Manager on business development planning meetings and execution.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities markets and partnerships.
- Engage customers to understand needs present solutions and maintain strong relationships.
- Support product development by providing market and customer insights.
- Prepare proposals presentations and support negotiations and deal closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Monitor market trends competitors and prepare reports for management.
What Were Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Management IT or related fields.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in business development sales or related roles (tech industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work closely with management and handle multiple responsibilities independently.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proactive self-motivated and team-oriented.
