Job Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company ensuring robust financial management accurate reporting and compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills to manage budgets financial operations and support strategic financial decision-making for a dynamic property development firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of daily financial operations including general ledger accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements management reports and budgets providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor cash flow manage expenses and ensure strict financial compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Develop implement and maintain robust financial controls systems and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes collaborating with various departments to ensure financial targets are met.
• Conduct financial analysis feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects investments and business initiatives.
• Liaise effectively with external auditors tax consultants banks and other financial timely and accurate submission of all statutory and regulatory reports.
  

Requirement:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA CPA CIMA) are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance roles with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity
• Proven track record in financial management budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles financial standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with various stakeholders and explaining complex financial information clearly.
• Experience in the property development or real estate industry is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
