Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead the companys financial planning reporting and daily accounting this pivotal role you will ensure regulatory compliance optimize financial workflows and provide actionable insights to senior management to drive continuous business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning: Drive budgeting forecasting and the development of financial strategies to support executive decision-making.
Financial Reporting: Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements management reports and cash flow projections.
Audit & Compliance: Guarantee strict adherence to tax laws accounting standards and financial regulations while taking the lead in coordinating internal and external audits.
Risk & Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial data and operational risks proactively recommending effective cost-reduction strategies.
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day accounting functions ensuring the smooth execution of accounts payable (AP) accounts receivable (AR) and bank reconciliations.
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and leverage technology to streamline financial systems and improve overall departmental efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal teams senior management banks vendors and external auditors.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior finance staff fostering a supportive team environment while assisting with ad-hoc projects as necessary.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related discipline.
Professional Certification: Professional accounting qualifications (such as CPA ACCA or equivalent) are highly advantageous.
Experience: A proven track record with several years of relevant hands-on experience in finance or accounting operations.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of accounting software and Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills (ability to design and manage complex spreadsheets).
Analytical Prowess: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail strong organizational and communication skills and a highly proactive self-motivated approach to work.
