Expert, HR Freelancer Contract Management

• Contract Drafting & Tailoring: With AI support draft review and tailor contracts for freelancers and independent contractors.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure contracts comply with applicable local labor laws as well as corporate rules and regulations.
• Communication: Communicate with freelancers and suppliers regarding contracts through to signature.
• Onboarding & Lifecycle Administration: Manage the freelancer lifecycle including onboarding record maintenance and offboarding in HR systems.
• Collaboration: Partner with Finance Legal Tax and business stakeholders to support contracting needs.
• Process Improvement: Develop and update AI-based contract templates policies and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Data Maintenance: Maintain an accurate up-to-date record of active pending and former freelancers.

Qualifications :

• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to review complex and detailed legal documents.
• Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of contract law particularly in relation to independent contractor status.
• AI and Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI-driven contract management systems (such as Legora) and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel Word and PowerPoint).
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English skills for negotiating with freelancers and communicating with internal teams.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple contracts across different jurisdictions simultaneously.
• Academic Background: Bachelors degree in Law or a related field.
• Work Experience: At least 4 years of experience in an HR or legal department preferably in consulting or another international environment with exposure to managing international contracts.
