PwC Academy is looking for an Associate to join the Digital Learning team where you will explore innovative ways of integrating emerging technologies to enhance learning. You will be part of a team shaping the future of how people learn and develop.
In this role you will combine learning design creative production and learner engagement skills. You will work closely with subject matter experts engagement teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into digital content interactive learning solutions and impactful learning experiences that support capability development across the firm.
Key accountabilities
Design and develop engaging e-learning and blended learning content using tools such as:
Articulate 360
Adobeapps (Photoshop IllustratorPremiereLightroometc)
And more
Produce creative learning assets including videos motion graphics microlearning contentetc
Support end-to-end video production including concept development scripting storyboarding filming editing and publishing for internal and external learning initiatives;
Designand deliveringengaging learning experiences activities and learning environments that encourage participation practice reflection and application of learning;
Incorporate gamification scenario-based learning simulations and experiential activities into learning solutions across multiple formats and channels;
Collaborate with subject matter experts engagement teams and stakeholders to identify learningneeds manage production timelines and deliver high-quality learning solutions;
Manage and deliver digital upskillingprogrammesand learning initiatives;
Supportautomation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience;
Assist with operational risk and compliance activities including Technology Risk Assessments (TRA) and governance requirements;

Skills experience and qualifications
Able to design and develop interactive digital learning content andengaging learner experiences;
Experience or strong interest in using multimedia and creative production tools;
Able tovisualiseideas and convert them into practical learning assets activities and learner experiences;
Confident energetic and able to contribute ideas to enrich learning experiences through technology creativity and learner engagement;
Able to conduct effective discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements manage expectations andalign onlearning outcomes;
Good writing skills including storyboarding instructional scriptsandlearner instructions;
Able to apply design thinking data analytics AI tools and digital technologies to designanddeliverlearningprogrammes;
Experience or strong interest in using tools such as Power BI Excel and Power Automate;
Stays current with trends in digital learning and AI tools
