Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mass recruitment activities for high-volume hiring portfolios for Singapore based in Malaysia

• Own the process of candidate screening HR interviews interview scheduling and offer management

• Provide timely and accurate recruitment updates to hiring managers ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with established recruitment policies governance standards and audit requirements

• Contribute to recruitment projects career fairs and other Talent Acquisition activities to support the organizations talent attraction goals

Job Requirements

• Recruitment experience gained from an in-house Talent Acquisition function recruitment agency banking environment or a combination thereof (Executive: 1-2 years Manager: 3-5 years AVP: 5-7 years)

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates hiring managers and business leaders

• Ability to assess candidate suitability through structured screening and competency-based conversations
