Executive Director, Property Development

About the Client

Our client is a well-established and award-winning company based in line with their expansion they are seeking for a dynamic Executive Director for their projects in Central Genting Region.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and set up the companys Central Genting Region operations overseeing Project Sales & Marketing Finance & Admin and other functions.
• Lead the full property development cycle from project planning design and construction to completion.
• Manage project planning design coordination tendering construction progress quality cost and budget control.
• Oversee consultants contractors and project teams including tender evaluations and contract negotiations.
• Liaise with government authorities consultants and contractors and lead regular project/site meetings.
• Provide market insights and strategic input for business and budget planning.
• Identify and evaluate potential development sites and land banks.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess project viability sales assumptions on potential projects incorporating business and company risk profile.
• Pre-empt management on legal and commercial matters related to land transactions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering Building or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in property development.
• Strong track record in construction quality and project delivery with experience in CONQUAS QLASSIC or similar standards.
• Strong project management analytical and problem-solving skills; while staying focused on the big picture and be able to conceptualize both problems and solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Able to manage multiple priorities drive decisions and lead change.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Remuneration

• Basic Salary: RM30000 - RM50000
