Executive Business Solutions

General responsibilities:

• Provide business solution support to the Sales & Marketing team in Malaysia.
• Gather and document initial business requirements from users.
• Provide advisoryadvisory support and recommend solutions for new business needs.
• Assist in business requirement analysis preparation of user requirement specifications as well as testing and deployment for new rollouts or enhancements to existing solutions.
• Provide first-level support for service requests from country users including issue investigation and escalation to CSSC for SalesPlus mCollector DMS POP6-related matters.
• Deliver daily operational support including troubleshooting and application installation on mobile devices.
• Provide user training when required (SalesPlus mCollector CCF POP6 Power BI & etc.)
• Perform monthly data maintenance to support ongoing operational usage.
• Conduct business analysis to support Sales & Marketing requirements.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in IT Business Administration Marketing and other related studies
• Strong interpersonal skills with different people in multi-channel environment.
• Demonstrated influence skills creativity problem solving and ability to manage complexity in addressing issue.
• Well organized and skilled in managing multiple projects and teams.
• Autonomous a self-starter who can manage own time as well as influence encourage and drive projects.
• With a sleeves rolled up approach and in a collaborative manner.
• Demonstrate a passion to grow the business.
• Passion for developing high performing teams and individuals.
• Intermediate Excel skills intermediate power point skills.
