About the role
Fugro Malaysia Marine Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated GIS Enterprise Lead to join our team in our Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in supporting the companys development.

Job Reponsibilities
Your responsibilities are to meets the departments goals and quality productivity and employee satisfaction targets by
1) being accountable for the team results

2) providing engineering/geo-science advice in multiple specialised technical disciplines

3) developing solutions with the team by putting acquired geo-data into context

4) adapting departmental plans and priorities

5) defining own teams standards

6) contributing to optimum cooperation within the department.

7) Manages a group of Geo-data Engineers/Scientists/Consultants and/or Supervisors and/or large complex operations teams.

8) Has management responsibilities such as conducting PPDs and making recommendations regarding pay and terminations.
