As an ECommerce Intern you will support the day-to-day operations and execution of online stores across key ecommerce platforms. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external agencies preparing and maintaining store content and assets and supporting performance tracking to ensure smooth and accurate campaign execution.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Lazada and Shopee stores ensuring smooth and timely execution of campaigns.
- Maintain and update all ecommerce store assets including product listings banners and promotional mechanics with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate closely with appointed agencies to support operational execution and address platform-related issues.
- Assist in tracking store performance and operational workflows identifying gaps and supporting improvement initiatives where required.
- Monitor and consolidate key performance metrics ensuring data accuracy consistency and proper housekeeping across all reporting systems.
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing Business ECommerce Communications or a related field.
- Minimum commitment of 12 weeks is required; availability of up to 6 months is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong interest in ecommerce operations online retail platforms and digital marketplace execution (e.g. Lazada Shopee).
- Highly organized with good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks across platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in content updates reporting and operational execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with HTML or ecommerce backends is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
- Comfortable working with digital assets product listings banners and promotional materials.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic understanding of ecommerce or marketing operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proactive eager to learn and willing to adapt to changing priorities and platformspecific needs.
- Teamoriented with a positive and handson attitude.
