Purpose of the Job:
Logistics Service Providers (LSP) support on deliverables and effective operation with timely dashboard report
2.Support and monitors LSP compliance to legal and statutory requirements and contractual obligations
3.Plan schedule and facilitate daily distribution with Customer Service Warehouse Planner and LSP 4.Support transportation planning and coordinate deliveries to meet customers requested ETA and achieve on time in full (OTIF) performance
5.Support planners in resolving inbound logistics issues to ensure timely receipt of raw materials packaging materials and intercompany transfers thereby maintaining continuity of production and inventory availability.
6.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory customs requirements. Import/export and trade requirements for inbound and outbound logistic activities
7.Act as the Logistics focal point for Safety Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental activities at the Kluang site.
and coordinate LSP complaints and corrective actions (8D reports) ensuring timely response and closure with the necessary supporting documentation.

Main Accountabilities:
coordinate and execute weekly distribution schedules with Customer Service Warehouse Planning and Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments.
closely with planners freight forwarders warehouses and LSPs to resolve inbound logistics issues customs and clearance challenges
corrective and improvement action and closures on LSP performance findings on operation related
and ensure all transport units to site met site requirements and effective turnaround time actions by LSP with site assessment and operation verification
with internal departments and LSPs to ensure accurate SAP accruals and timely reconciliation of logistics invoices and billing.
and control logistics documentation including Proof of Delivery (POD) shipping documents customs declarations import documentation and other relevant logistics records.
to all Site Safety Health & Environment (SHE) policies and Quality Management System (QMS) procedures to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
and control ISO-related documentation ensuring compliance with ISO standards QMS requirements and the timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
compliance with all applicable customs and regulatory requirements related to import and export operations including customs declarations duties taxes permits and supporting documentation
PR & GRN for logistics department related both CCS & HPPM
weekly and monthly logistics performance reports and KPIs for CCS and HPPM meetings and support the resolution of logistics-related complaints including short weight claims material issues supplier delivery issues suspected pilferage transportation losses and LSP performance concerns.
