Responsibilities / Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive regional business transformation initiatives particularly SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
• Establish and maintain project governance standards and best practices across multiple countries
• Work closely with business stakeholders (Finance Supply Chain Operations Sales) to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business needs
• Support the end-to-end project lifecycle including planning execution risk management and delivery tracking
• Facilitate key governance forums such as Steering Committees and project review meetings
• Ensure effective resource planning issue resolution and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with IT external vendors and implementation partners to ensure smooth execution
• Drive change management alignment ensuring readiness in terms of communication training and user adoption
• Monitor project performance (KPIs milestones deliverables) and provide clear reporting to senior leadership
• Ensure operational readiness covering process integration documentation data quality and compliance standards

Your Profile / Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related fields.
• 5 Years of experience in business transformation or project management with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g. Finance Supply Chain Manufacturing or Commercial)
• Experience working in regional or multi-country project environments (APAC preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both business and technical teams
• Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira MS Project Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Ability to work in complex matrix organizations with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required
