About The Job

Manage local direct purchases and oversee high transaction volumes particularly within the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.

Job Description

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained throughout the handshake process PI and ALAS systems.

• Develop and update supplier agreements and procurement processes optimizing for total cost risk management and product mix.

• Execute comprehensive supplier qualification procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.

• Lead commercial development initiatives to drive value and innovation.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support business objectives.

• Monitor and enhance supplier performance through regular reviews and feedback.

• Track and report on daily results related to the three core purchasing goals: quality delivery and cost.

What You Know

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.

• Proven experience in establishing procurement policies and procedures.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar procurement or purchasing role.

• Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of purchases and transactions.

• Strong process orientation and commitment to compliance.

• Regional experience especially within Southeast Asia is an advantage.

• Experience in procuring services is highly desirable.
