About The Job
Manage local direct purchases and oversee high transaction volumes particularly within the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
Job Description
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained throughout the handshake process PI and ALAS systems.
Develop and update supplier agreements and procurement processes optimizing for total cost risk management and product mix.
Execute comprehensive supplier qualification procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Lead commercial development initiatives to drive value and innovation.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support business objectives.
Monitor and enhance supplier performance through regular reviews and feedback.
Track and report on daily results related to the three core purchasing goals: quality delivery and cost.
What You Know
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in establishing procurement policies and procedures.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar procurement or purchasing role.
Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of purchases and transactions.
Strong process orientation and commitment to compliance.
Regional experience especially within Southeast Asia is an advantage.
Experience in procuring services is highly desirable.
