About the role

TikTok is rapidly transforming how consumers discover and purchase health and wellness products making it a critical growth channel for Haleon.

As the Key Account Manager TikTok you will manage TikTok as a key commercial account driving execution across TikTok Shop media and content to deliver sales growth visibility and conversion.

Sitting within the E-Commerce/Commercial function this role works closely with Brand Media and Digital teams to translate brand strategy into high-performing compliant and platform-native activations.

This is a hands-on execution-focused role with strong exposure to social commerce and performance marketing.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage TikTok as a key account owning day-to-day execution platform engagement and operational cadence

• Drive commercial performance across TikTok Shop and media activations optimizing KPIs such as GMV ROAS traffic and conversion

• Plan and execute campaigns promotions and seasonal activations in collaboration with TikTok and internal teams

• Coordinate TikTok-native content and creator campaigns ensuring alignment with brand strategy and compliance standards

• Apply FMCG fundamentals across assortment pricing promotions and product launches within the platform

• Partner cross-functionally with Brand E-Commerce Media Legal and medical teams to ensure seamless and compliant execution

• Analyze performance data and shopper insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and platform growth.

Why you

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in Key Account Management E-Commerce Digital Platforms or FMCG Commercial roles

• Hands-on experience managing digital platforms marketplaces or social commerce channels

• Strong understanding of performance metrics such as GMV ROAS conversion and traffic drivers

• Experience executing campaigns promotions and content activations in a commercial environment

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse dashboards and translate insights into actions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with TikTok social commerce or short-form content ecosystems

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners

• High attention to detail with strong execution discipline and follow-through

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities

• Proactive and solution-oriented approach with a strong commercial mindset
