Die AttachDACA Equipment Sustaining Engineer

As a Senior Equipment Sustaining Engineer you will be responsible for sustaining ASM and Quick equipment to ensure high equipment availability reliability and operational efficiency within semiconductor assembly manufacturing. You will play a key role in supporting production resolving equipment issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure optimum performance and reliability of ASM and Quick equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment-related issues.
• Drive preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor and improve equipment KPIs such as OEE MTBF and MTTR.
• Support equipment qualifications validation and new product introductions (NPI).
• Collaborate with Production Process Engineering Quality and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Electrical Electronics Mechatronics or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering.

• Hands-on experience supporting ASM and/or Quick equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience in equipment sustaining within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SPC FMEA 8D and CAPA methodologies.
• Experience in equipment qualification and validation activities.

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with MES Factory Automation or Industry 4.0 applications.
• Knowledge of automation systems and equipment upgrades
