Equipment Sustaining Engineer
Job Summary
Responsible for sustaining Die Attach production equipment to ensure high availability reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
What you need to have:
- Maintain equipment uptime.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Perform equipment qualification.
- Optimize machine parameters.
- Improve PM effectiveness.
- Support spare part management.
- Analyze equipment trends.
- Perform root cause analysis.
- Support equipment upgrades.
What you need to do:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
- 35 years semiconductor equipment experience.
- Knowledge of Die Attach equipment.
- PLC and servo troubleshooting is an advantage.
