Job Summary
As a Senior Equipment Sustaining Engineer you will be responsible for sustaining ASM and Quick equipment to ensure high equipment availability reliability and operational efficiency within semiconductor assembly manufacturing. You will play a key role in supporting production resolving equipment issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure optimum performance and reliability of ASM and Quick equipment.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment-related issues.
- Drive preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor and improve equipment KPIs such as OEE MTBF and MTTR.
- Support equipment qualifications validation and new product introductions (NPI).
- Collaborate with Production Process Engineering Quality and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Electrical Electronics Mechatronics or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering.
- Hands-on experience supporting ASM and/or Quick equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience in equipment sustaining within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of SPC FMEA 8D and CAPA methodologies.
- Experience in equipment qualification and validation activities.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with MES Factory Automation or Industry 4.0 applications.
- Knowledge of automation systems and equipment upgrades
