Our client provides customized solutions for complex chemical processes and high-value products. The company operates 8 chemical manufacturing sites 3 equipment manufacturing facilities and 3 R&D centers across China as well as production facilities in the United Kingdom and Malaysia.

Job Descriptions

• Collect project-related process data design specifications safety and occupational health standards.
• Prepare material and energy balance calculations; design process flow schemes.
• Complete equipment selection and prepare design drawings (P&ID non-standard equipment layout).
• Provide equipment data sheets and material lists; support electrical instrumentation and civil engineering design.
• Prepare project-related design proposals.
• Assist department manager in design reviews across disciplines and departments.
• Participate in project design and process safety assessments.
• Coordinate completion of preliminary design; participate in drawing reviews.
• Assist in preparing project acceptance documents and cost budgets.
• Improve and archive P&ID drawings based on HAZOP and PSSR results.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above.
• Major in Chemistry Applied Chemistry Chemical Engineering Process Engineering or related fields.
• More than 1 year of process design experience preferred.
• Proficient in CAD software.

Location: Pasir Gudang Johor

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:00AM - 5:00PM) Sat (8:00AM - 11:30AM)
