Job Summary

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate 8-Quarter demand forecasts based on historical data market trends customer and marketing input
Collaborate with marketing sales and supply chain teams to gather information and insights for demand planning
Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy capacity utilization and inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to meet customer demand
Analyze and report on demand trends identifying potential risks and opportunities
Implement and manage demand planning software and tools
Coordinate with supply planners and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Conduct regular reviews of demand forecasts and adjust plans as necessary
Responsible for the monthly SIOP (Sales Inventory & Operations Process)
- Schedule meetings prepare data involve all necessary people/departments
- Prepare and present demand planning reports to senior management
FYI key responsibilities may change by different location or segment

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience as a Demand Planner or in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g. SAP APO Oracle Demantra) and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management
