Delivery Lead Project Management

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead (Project Manager) to drive the successful delivery of complex projects ensuring completion on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from estimation through closure.
• Manage project scope schedule budget quality risks and change control.
• Develop and maintain project plans governance structures and reporting mechanisms.
• Ensure requirements are documented tracked and fully traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
• Represent the organization in governance forums and manage customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead and coordinate project teams including internal resources and subcontractors.
• Support sales activities through project estimation planning and solution shaping.

• Bachelors degree in Business Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 57 years of consulting project management experience.
• 5 years of people management experience.
• Project and program management experience.
• Estimation and work planning skills.
• Contract and scope management experience.
• Risk and issue management skills.
• Earned Value Management and reporting experience.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or equivalent delivery tools.
• Stakeholder and client management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team leadership and mentoring experience.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive results in complex environments.

• PMP certification.
• DMA II completion.
• Experience managing onshore offshore and nearshore delivery teams.

• Bachelors degree in Business Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
