Through data-driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their companyOur team helpsorganisationsunlock greater deal value by providing robust value opinions and transaction model business advisory. As part of the teamyoullresearch financial risks provide forecast analysis and develop financial models thatassistour team in providing fair andaccuratevaluationadviceandultimately helpour clients enhance their deal value.
This is a general entry opportunity into our Advisory Deals practice and is not tagged to any specific team. As a graduate you will be part of a broader talent pool with the flexibility to be deployed across a range of Deals sub-functions based on business needs project demands and your developing strengths and interests.
You can expect exposure to a variety of areas within Deals which may include (but are not limited to) across four different platforms:
Merger & Acquisition
Performance & Restructuring
Value Creation
Economics Policy & Infrastructure
As a graduate joining the Deals practice your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
Support project teams across a variety of engagements and industries
Conduct research on financial commercial and operational risks
Assistin building financial models forecasts and analyses
Help prepare client deliverables reports and presentations
Developa strong foundationin deal advisory through on-the-job learning structured training and mentorship
Build broad technical and commercial skills that will shape your long-term career path within Deals
A recent graduate (or final-year student) from any discipline with a strong interest in finance business and deal-making
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive mindset willingness to learn and adaptability to work across different teams and projects
A strong academic record anddemonstratedcuriosity about the world of business and transactions
AI-native mindset with the agility toleverageemerging technologies and adapt to rapidly evolving market dynamics

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline preferably in Accounting Economics Actuarial Science Mathematics Computer Science Engineering STEM-related disciplines or other related fields and/or a professional accounting qualification such as ICAEW ACCA MICPA-CAANZ or CPA Australia.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.5 and above Second Class Upper (Honours) or Distinction average.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand key business drivers.
- Strong leadership teamwork and client service skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English.
