Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist (CSS) to support customers through inbound calls and email this role you will assist customers by responding to inquiries resolving concerns and providing accurate information in a professional and timely manner.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people communicating effectively and building a career in customer service within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via inbound phone calls and email channels
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions based on customer needs
  • Educate customers on self-service options and automated banking channels
  • Conduct callback verifications for transaction confirmations when required
  • Follow up with customers for supporting documentation and verification purposes
  • Clarify customer concerns investigate issues and provide appropriate resolutions
  • Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) related tasks when necessary
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality customer experience at all times

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Minimum education: SPM or equivalent and above
  • Able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive rapport
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in banking or financial institution customer service is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
