Position: Customer Service Representative Hotel Reservations
Location: Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
Language Required: Mandarin & English
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Arrangement: Rotational Shift (24/7)
5 working days
2 off days
Salary: Up to RM4500 (Inclusive of Language Allowance)
Joining: ASAP
What Youll Be Doing
Handle hotel reservation inquiries via phone email and fax
Assist customers with booking modifications cancellations and special requests
Support guests with pre-arrival and post-reservation concerns
Coordinate with hotels to ensure smooth guest experiences
Act as a liaison between guests and hotels to resolve issues professionally
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Manage hotel partner relationships with professionalism and care
Were Looking For Candidates Who:
Can communicate fluently in Mandarin & English
Have experience in:
Hotel front office
Hotel reservations
Guest relations
Hospitality customer service
Travel or hotel booking support
Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
Are customer-focused responsible and able to work independently
Are comfortable working rotational shifts
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience from:
