Customer Service Associate (Contract)

Location: Ara Damansara Selangor
Salary: RM2500 Night Shift Allowance (Up to RM300)
Contract Duration: 1 Month / 45 Days / 2 Months

We are looking for Customer Service Associates to support an international customer service project. This role involves handling customer inquiries through chat and email while ensuring excellent service experience.

• Handle customer inquiries via chat and email

• Provide accurate information and timely support

• Resolve customer issues professionally

• Maintain service quality and response standards

• Support day-to-day customer service operations

• Minimum SPM qualification

• Good command of English

• Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage

• Basic computer and typing skills

• Willing to work rotational shifts including night shifts

• 5 working days per week

• 24/7 rotational shifts

• Training provided (40 hours)

• Public holidays follow Malaysian calendar

• 4 June 2 Months Contract

• 15 June 45 Days Contract

• 18 June 45 Days Contract

• 25 June 1 Month Contract
