CSA Lead (Architecture) Data Center

• Lead all Civil Structural and Architectural (CSA) construction activities on-site.
• Manage and coordinate CSA contractors subcontractors consultants and suppliers.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones.
• Review and provide technical guidance on drawings specifications RFIs method statements and shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs quality standards building codes and project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with MEP commissioning project controls and client teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to monitor workmanship and compliance.
• Identify project risks resolve construction issues and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage site safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture across all construction activities.
• Track and report project progress risks quality issues and resource requirements to project stakeholders.
• Support construction testing inspections punch-list management and project closeout activities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management with significant experience leading CSA works.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Earthworks and civil infrastructure
  • Reinforced concrete and structural steel construction
  • Architectural finishes and fit-out
  • Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)
  • Construction safety and compliance requirements
• Proven experience managing multiple contractors and complex construction programs.
• Strong problem-solving leadership and stakeholder management skills.
