CSA Construction Manager (Industrial & Science) KLSelangor

• Manage and supervise all CSA construction activities from site mobilization through project completion.
• Monitor contractor performance progress productivity quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate site construction activities with other disciplines including Mechanical Electrical Process and Commissioning teams.
• Review construction methodologies work plans method statements and recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications drawings contract requirements and applicable regulations.
• Lead site progress meetings coordination meetings and contractor reviews.
• Identify construction risks issues and potential delays and implement mitigation measures.
• Monitor project schedules and support the resolution of construction-related challenges.
• Collaborate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Review and verify progress claims variations and construction reports.
• Support testing commissioning punch list closure and final project handover activities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience with significant exposure to CSA works.
• Experience delivering Industrial Semiconductor Pharmaceutical Data Centre Manufacturing Life Sciences or High-Tech Facility projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies site management sequencing and contractor management.
• Experience managing multiple contractors on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and complex project environments.
