Crew Leader, Outlet Operations

The Crew Leader Outlet Operations plays a hands-on role in ensuring the smooth and consistent daily running of DKSHs Consumer Goods outlet delivering a positive and engaging in-store experience for every customer. This role combines operational ownership with frontline team leadership contributing directly to outlet performance and customer satisfaction within the Sales function.

• Ensure consistent preparation and quality of baked goods in line with outlet standards to maintain product availability at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and replenishment of product display units to uphold a well-presented and fully stocked outlet environment
• Uphold consistent housekeeping and merchandising standards across the outlet to support a welcoming customer experience
• Support gift wrapping and packaging operations to meet customer needs and expectations
• Contribute to effective product display and visual merchandising to drive customer engagement and in-store sales
• Deliver attentive and professional customer service to enhance the overall in-store experience
• Lead and guide team members in daily outlet operations to ensure smooth efficient and consistent workflow
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field
• Willingness and ability to work on rotating shifts public holidays and weekends
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide team members in a fast-paced operational environment
• Positive working attitude with a professional and customer-oriented disposition
