Cost & Finance Accountant

Location: Sendayan Negeri Sembilan
Salary: RM8000 RM10000 per month

• Manage full set of accounts monthly closing financial statements and management reports.

• Oversee cash flow bank reconciliations accounts payable accounts receivable and fixed assets.

• Prepare and analyse product costing standard vs. actual costs manufacturing variances and gross profit margins.

• Monitor inventory valuation stock counts production wastage BOM accuracy and manufacturing costs.

• Maintain and improve cost accounting systems financial controls and accounting processes.

• Utilise SAP Business One to monitor financial inventory production and costing transactions.

• Handle tax compliance SST e-Invoice and statutory reporting requirements.

• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors tax agents banks and relevant authorities.

• Supervise the Finance/Accounts team and work closely with Production Warehouse Purchasing and Sales departments.

• Prepare periodic financial costing inventory and KPI reports for management.

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment with strong costing knowledge.

• Experience using SAP Business One particularly Finance and Costing modules; MM knowledge is an advantage.

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CMA are an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical problem-solving communication and leadership skills.

• Able to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.

• Working Hours: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM12:00 PM.

• Willingness to travel to the Kuala Lumpur Head Office when required.
